Key Responsibilities

Provide top-notch customer experience which includes handling feedback from customers, building strong customer relationships

In-charge of the daily operations in running the store, achieving revenue and profit targets through effective resource management

Manage the in-store inventory, includes conducting stock audit ensuring company protocols regarding operations, security and inventory control are adhered to

Manage the team members’ performance and roster planning

Lead and motivate colleagues through coaching, training and development

Ensure store teams maintain effective merchandising and visual standards

Preparation of reports to submit to management and relevant stakeholders

Ensure that branch complies with regulations and policies

Act as a liaison between the stores and upper management, ensuring clear communication and alignment with company goals

Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned
Requirements

Minimum 7 to 10 years of retail experience, with 3–5 years in a managerial role in luxury retail, preferably in jewellery, watches, or fashion.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-value transactions.

A diploma or degree in Business Management, Retail Management, Luxury Brand Management, or related fields. Certification in gemology (e.g., from GIA) is a plus.

Exceptional interpersonal skills to handle VIP clients with sound understanding of luxury service standards (eg. clienteling)

Strong focus on sales KPIs, CRM, and client retention strategies.

Ability to analyze store performance and develop strategies for revenue growth.

Familiar with POS systems, inventory software, and retail operations.
