Key Responsibilities

  • Manages product listings on all marketplaces, not limited to pricing and physical inventory management, ensuring accurate physical stock count.
  • Manage digital marketing initiatives with content management: website, mobile & social media, O2O in supporting business growth and retail operation.
  • Liaise with all CTF retail outlets on the latest products and specifications of the products.
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance on the various marketplaces, driving sales strategies to improve revenue growth.
  • Enhance customer experience and loyalty through proposing targeted promotions and content.
  • Attend to customer enquiries, reviews, and product feedback professionally and promptly.
  • Coordinate the upload of new products to the e-commerce platform, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and specifications.
  • Generate data driven reports on customers’ behaviours and preferences, proposing improvements.
  • Ensure products are packed and shipped in accordance with SOP.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in e-commerce operations.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms & marketplaces, content management systems, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEO / SEM, HTML / CSS) is preferred.
  • Knowledge in using Photoshop and illustrator will be an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills and meticulous.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in copywriting will be advantageous.
