Key Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch customer experience and achieving sales target
• Handle enquiries and respond to customers’ feedback in a professional manner
• Develop and maintain good relationships with customers
• Assist in managing in-store inventory
• Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned
• Able to commit to retail hours

Requirements

• SPM & Above
• Sales experience preferably in retail jewelry industry / luxury brands
• Presentable, pleasant and outgoing
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Conversant with English and Mandarin; Cantonese, Hokkien, Bahasa Malaysia and other foreign languages are definite advantages (to serve customers of different nationalities)
