Key Responsibilities

Product Listing Management

  • Create, update, and maintain product listings across various online marketplaces.

 

On-site Advertising and Promotions

  • Execute and monitor paid advertising on marketplaces (e.g., Sponsored Ads, Discounts, Vouchers tracking, etc)
  • Track ad performance and suggest optimization strategies to improve ROI.

 

Visual & Content Coordination

  • Work with designers and content teams to ensure alignment with brand standards and platform requirements.

 

Data Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track and analyze key e-commerce performance metrics (traffic, conversion rate, sales, ROI, etc.).
  • Prepare regular performance reports and actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in e-commerce operations.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms & marketplaces with Proven experience in ecommerce operations or a similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical skills and meticulous.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in copywriting will be advantageous.
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin.
