About the Job
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Executive to spearhead our official website’s growth in the Thailand market. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our online storefront, from daily operations and localized marketing to data analysis and logistics coordination. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of Thai consumer behavior and excels in a multi-language professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Official Website Management: Oversee daily operations for the various eCommerce platforms, including inventory management, price adjustments, and SEO optimization (titles/descriptions). Manage the relationship with third-party operating agencies to ensure alignment with local user habits.
- Marketing & Campaign Planning: Design and execute localized promotional campaigns based on the cultural festivals and market trends. Optimize promotion strategies to maximize ROI and conversion rates while controlling costs.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor core KPIs (GMV, traffic, CR). Collect market intelligence and competitor data to produce actionable reports that drive operational efficiency and business growth.
- Market Research & Compliance: Stay updated on the local e-commerce trends, legal regulations, and consumer preferences to ensure all activities are compliant and culturally resonant.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Liaise with logistics providers, warehouses, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and cost-effective distribution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- At least 1 year experience in e-commerce operations.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms & marketplaces with proven experience in ecommerce operations or a similar role.
- Fluent in Excel / Google Sheets (Pivot tables, advanced formulas).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong analytical skills and meticulous.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin.
