Retail Excellence Manager, Macau

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact between office and stores, ensuring seamless communication and execution of strategies.
- Conduct frequent store visits to streamline operations, ensuring consistency in customer service and adherence to brand standards across all locations.
- Analyze store performance metrics and sales data, providing insights and propose action plan to optimize sales and enhance overall performance.
- Leverage local market knowledge to respond swiftly to market needs and competitor actions, driving growth and success in the unique Macau market.
- Lead upcoming store opening projects, ensuring that new locations align with brand standards and operational guidelines as we expand our footprint in Macau.
- Plan and develop operations flow, policies and SOP in order to maximize operational efficiency and staff productivity.
- Coordinate with internal and external departments to ensure smooth operations of stores.
Requirements
- Degree holder with min 7 years of sales & operations experience in retail industry.
- Highly figure sensitive, strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive, self-motivated and able to meet tight deadlines.
- Detail-minded. Good team player and can work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (Vlookup, Pivot Table), Words (Chinese Word Processing) & Powerpoint.
- Good command in both English & Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
