Retail Operations Officer, Macau

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily retail operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with brand standards and operational guidelines.
- Conduct regular store visits for firsthand observation, identifying and resolving operational issues promptly.
- Serve as the first point of contact for shop managers, providing support and addressing operational concerns promptly to maintain store performance.
- Prepare regular reports for management review to support decision-making and operational improvements.
- Collaborate with the Retail Excellence Manager in preparation for new store openings, coordinating with various departments and managing supply orders.
- Work closely with external vendors/contractors/suppliers and internal departments to ensure smooth daily operations across all stores.
- Facilitate communication and problem-solving to enhance operational efficiency.
- Carry out duties in supportive manner to ensure a smooth communication between shops and office.
- Organizing payment, invoicing of contractors and supplier and expenses claims.
Requirements
- Degree holder in Business Administration, Management or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience preferably from retail industry.
- Highly sensitive to figures and attention to detail. Able to meet deadline and work independently.
- Proactive, self-motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (Vlookup, Pivot Table), Words (Chinese Word Processing) & PowerPoint.
- Good command in both English & Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
