Key Responsibilities

Provide sales & excellent customer services in retail outlets to achieve Sales Targets
Handle and response customers’ feedback / enquiries in a professional manner
Develop and maintain good relationships with customers
Perform daily shop operations

Requirements

Form 5 or above
With sales experience preferably in retail / jewellery industry / luxury brands
Presentable, pleasant and outgoing
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Fluent in spoken English, Mandarin & Cantonese
Less experience will be considered as Junior Sales
