Key Responsibilities
Client Welcome & Brand Representation
- Warmly welcome all clients and visitors, ensuring an exceptional first impression that reflects the brand’s prestige and values.
- Present a poised, polished, and professional image consistent with luxury retail standards.
Brand Storytelling & Product Highlighting
- Introduce clients to the boutique’s concept, design inspiration, and the overall client journey.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover from greeting to personalized service.
Service Excellence & Communication
- Handle client inquiries courteously and efficiently, providing accurate information or directing them to the appropriate team member.
- Uphold high service standards and support the creation of a luxurious, client-centric environment.
Requirements
- Prior experience in hospitality, luxury retail, or front-of-house customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with a refined, confident demeanor.
- Passionate about luxury service, storytelling, and brand experience.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin or other languages is an advantage.
- Well-groomed, with professional appearance and posture aligned with brand standards.
