Key Responsibilities

Store Operations Support

  • Partner with Retail Manager to support daily operations, including customer-related escalations of retail stores to ensure smooth and consistent execution.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to plan and execute store campaigns and promotions.
  • Act as a key liaison between HQ and store teams on operational matters.

 

SOP & Compliance

  • Ensure stores comply with company SOPs, service standards, and operational guidelines.
  • Support store audits, spot checks, and operational reviews.
  • Track compliance issues and follow up on corrective actions with store teams.

 

Inventory, Repairs & Logistics

  • Work with product merchandising team on stock transfers, and deliveries with stores and vendors.
  • Support repair, maintenance, and service workflows (e.g. merchandise repairs, external service providers).
  • Manages and consolidates purchases (eg. Uniforms, name tags, name cards) for the stores.

 

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare operational reports, trackers, and summaries for management.
  • Monitor operational KPIs such as turnaround time, compliance status, and issue resolution.
  • Support the team through analysing trends and provide insights to improve retail operations efficiency.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Retail Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 1–3 years of experience in retail operations, store support, or HQ retail roles.
  • Strong coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple stores and priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and operational reporting.
  • Comfortable working with frontline retail teams and external vendors.
