About the Job
Key Responsibilities
- Strategically manage and grow VIP clientele, ensuring personalized service and memorable in-store experiences by working with the marketing, and frontline team.
- Oversee client interactions, including handling of after-sales service and inquiries with discretion, empathy, and professionalism.
- Drive client engagement through the planning and execution of exclusive events, pop-ups, and brand collaborations.
Store Expansion
- Support new store openings and market expansion, managing timelines, lease negotiations, and vendor coordination to ensure seamless project execution.
- Act as key liaison with landlords, vendors, and contractors on retail space management and promotional initiatives.
Business Operations & Retail Excellence
- Deliver timely and insightful sales and operational reports to support business decisions.
- Monitor and manage the team incentive scheme to drive motivation and performance.
- Monitor and optimize operational budgets and spendings to maximize store performance and financial health.
- Uphold the highest standards of visual merchandising, ensuring store presentation consistently reflects brand aesthetics and seasonal guidelines.
Requirements
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in retail management, preferably within the luxury, or lifestyle sector.
- Hands-on experience in new store openings, including lease negotiations, fit-out coordination, and launch planning.
- Minimum a Diploma in Business, Retail Management or related field.
- Proven track record in client development, store operations, and team leadership across multiple retail locations.
- Strong experience in managing P&L, budgets, and commercial KPIs with demonstrated ability to drive profitability.
