About the Job
The Product Management Executive supports the product lifecycle with a strong focus on cross-functional communication and collaboration. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate product data, coordinating SKU activation, and acting as a central link between Product Development, Order Management, Merchandising, and Marketing teams. The role also assists with new product launches, go-to-market communications, sample management, and annual audits, ensuring seamless execution across global functions.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of the Product Master data, ensuring accuracy and timely communication across relevant teams.
• Assist in global pricing analysis to maintain consistency and competitiveness across markets.
• Provide support for new product launches, including price comparison, product grid planning, product briefs, and preparation of buy presentations.
• Facilitate product and sample requirements for buy presentations, marketing initiatives, and photo shoots.
• Coordinate with the Product Development (PD) team on new SKU creation and activation, acting as a liaison between Product Development, Order Management, and HQ Merchandising.
• Assist in the execution and communication of go-to-market strategies to ensure smooth product rollout.
• Support the planning and execution of annual product audits to maintain data integrity and compliance.
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of the Travel Event List, ensuring accuracy and clear cross-regional communication to support event execution.
• Support comprehensive market research, including consumer trend analysis and regional market intelligence.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher with at least 3 years of experience in merchandising, planning, or data analysis, preferably in the luxury market.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel. With experience in other data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage
• Experience with ERP or merchandising systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, especially in cross-regional settings.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive and solution-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
