About the Job

The Senior Executive, Merchandising plays a pivotal role in driving APAC wholesale and retail performance through strategic planning, analysis, and execution. This position oversees buy presentations, order consolidation, and OTB management, ensuring inventory efficiency and alignment with business targets. By leveraging sales and inventory insights, the role optimizes product mix and stock allocation while supporting regional events and seasonal initiatives. Acting as a key partner to wholesale stakeholders and internal teams, the Senior Executive ensures seamless order processes, fosters strong relationships, and identifies opportunities to accelerate growth and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail oriented, and highly collaborative across diverse markets.

Key Responsibilities

•    Facilitate the Buy Presentation, including establish the Order Form for all Regions, Order consolidation as well as the Buy Review.
•    Take ownership on the Travel-Event-Line from HQ perspective to support all the Events in different Regions.
•    Generate insights from sales and inventory data to optimize product mix, stock allocation, and overall business performance.
•    Accountable for the merchandising planning and analysis for the APAC markets on both wholesales & retail channel, including stock replenishment, rebalancing and sell-through tracking using BI tools.
•    Manage the OTB planning for APAC markets, monitoring, and adjustments to align with sales targets and ensure inventory efficiency.
•    Collaborate with wholesale partners and internal teams on forecasting, seasonal planning, assortment proposals, and order recommendations.
•    Manage the end to end wholesale order process, track performance, and identify opportunities to drive sales growth and operational improvement.

 

Requirements

•    Bachelor’s degree or higher with more than 3 years of experience in merchandising, planning, or data analysis, preferably in jewelry, luxury, or premium consumer goods.
•    Experience in wholesale business management, including partner management, order planning, and execution.
•    Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency; experience in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) preferred.
•    Experience with ERP or merchandising systems is a plus.
•    Excellent communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills, especially in cross-regional settings.
•    Detail-oriented with a proactive and solution-driven mindset.
•    Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
