Senior Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements effectively.
• Process Improvement: Evaluate existing business processes and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Project Support: Assist in project management activities, including planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.
• Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Testing and Validation: Prepare test plans and test cases; conduct necessary testing to validate solutions against requirements.
• User Training: Provide user training and prepare training materials/videos to ensure effective adoption of new systems or processes.
• Rollout and Post-Implementation Support: Assist in the rollout of new solutions and provide ongoing support to users post-implementation to address any issues and ensure smooth operation.
• Ad-Hoc Projects: Support other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by management to meet evolving business needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a business analyst role or similar position with understanding of the jewelry industry would be an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong aptitude for identifying issues and proposing effective solutions.
• Eagerness to adopt AI and the latest technologies to enhance business processes and solutions.
• Self-motivated with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage tight schedules with minimal supervision.
